The “Icon Tower” residential complex is located in the Yas Bay, South Yas area, which is considered one of the most attractive places to live in Abu Dhabi.

Despite the South Yas area being relatively new in terms of development, it hosts several attractions, including the Yas Creative Hub, Etihad Arena, and Yas Bay Waterfront, offering a variety of outdoor leisure areas.

Thanks to its prime location, the “Icon Tower” is set to significantly enhance the overall appearance of the South Yas area. The complex features a single residential tower, offering apartments of various layouts: studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, catering to a broad range of needs.

In designing the tower, special emphasis was placed on the views, considering its location. This led to the creation of a linear shape for the building to maximize the scenery and ensure all living spaces have views of the surrounding waters.

“Icon Tower” includes approximately 300 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, penthouses, and townhouses, distributed across 17 residential floors. The complex also has a podium level with a community swimming pool and residential units, a ground level with parking and drop-off areas, and two levels of underground parking.

The total GFA of the project is 24,375 sqm.
