Payment Plan:

• Initial deposit of 20%, payable immediately
• First installment of 5% within 3 months from the sale date
• Second installment of 5% within 6 months from the sale date
• Third installment of 5% within 9 months from the sale date
• Fourth installment of 5% within 12 months from the sale date
• Fifth installment of 10% upon 40% project completion
• Sixth installment of 10% upon 50% project completion
• Seventh installment of 10% upon 60% project completion
• Eighth installment of 10% upon 70% project completion
• Ninth installment of 20% upon full project completion
• Note: 4% DLD is payable in addition to the initial deposit

Project completion expected in 2026.

Amenities include gondola rides, waterfront cafes, a clubhouse with a luxurious spa, a fine dining restaurant and bar, a floating flower market, and more.
